Going back in Time

Pictured (left to right) Kirs Orr unfortunately I have have lost contact with her, Then there is Kim, She is still a big part of my Quilting life, I actually taught Kim in Singapore in 1984/5. Kim helped me set up Mainly Patchwork, Myself then Catherine also still in my Quilting life.

 Going back to 1987/8 and Mainly Patchwork was in full swing in  Moonee Ponds. I taught P & Q from home 5 lessons a week which were always full of fun.
I organised my very first Quilt Exhibition set in and around our beautiful Edwardian home in Essendon  with all my students quilts on display.
Fortunately or Unfortunately I had to leave my shop and quilting friends as were were moving back to Singapore.

Up date of The Passionate Quilter

I have been out of action now for 12 months, as some of you know I had a terrible horse riding accident 24 years ago. As a result of this I have had to have my right foot taken off.
After a hard year and a couple of falls I am about to go back to the wonderful Queen Elizabeth Rehab here in Ballarat to get my New leg and start all over again.
So now it is June 2017 and I'm really getting mu life back into some sort of order and enjoying my Longarm Quilting again
